“Firstly seeing the Northern Lights is a lottery not a guarantee, and although on this occasion we didn't see them (cloudy snowy weather), both Captain Kennet and Sachi were engaging, welcoming and professional and we still had a fab time. The interior of the boat was comfy and cosy and the reindeer stew was very tasty. Despite no Northern Lights, it was quite the experience to sit in a hot tub on a boat in the artic while it snowed! As we were on the deck, we caught Kennet for an impromptu chat as we were returning to port. Kennet is Tromso born and bred and has family roots going…”

“The tour itself was good, great views and nice boat. But the tour guide was not nice or helpful he wasn’t informative didn’t even know if we saw the island. Fish soup was okay wouldn’t recommend going on the boat hungry. If we had a different guide would have enjoyed the tour better”

“trip was reschedule as said by boat operator, but the next day weather was too bad he took us for the tour, in fact weather with some cloud on booking day was very good to see the sky but it didn't happen. I feel your was rescheduled due to low booking on that day, because next day as well we were only few people. it should be investigated.”
